The founder, MMag. Dr. Manfred Schnetzer, completed his studies in law and economics. He supplemented his practical training at the renowned law firm Simma & Partner in Dornbirn and through his many years of partnership in a law firm. In 2020, he completed his qualifications by successfully passing the notary public examination.
Numerous foundation, supervisory board, and administrative board mandates complete the firm's commercial law profile. This valuable experience makes it easier to view client tasks not only from a legal perspective, but also from a primarily business-related perspective.

Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Vorarlberg in Dornbirn as well as lecturer for university courses in Financial Management (MBA exams)
