Wirtschaftskanzlei Schnetzer collects and processes personal data exclusively on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and with the consent of the data subjects.
1. Personal Data
Only such personal data is collected as is necessary for the performance and handling of our legal services or which is provided voluntarily. Personal data includes name, address, email, telephone number, date of birth, biometric data, and sensitive data such as health information.
2. Data Security
Your data is protected by organisational and technical measures against unauthorised access and manipulation. The firm assumes no liability of any kind, however, for the disclosure of information due to errors in data transmission or unauthorised access not caused by us.
3. Use and Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
Data is processed only for contractually agreed purposes. Disclosure to third parties (opposing parties, courts, authorities, service providers) takes place exclusively on the basis of the GDPR. For international transfers, EU standards or standard contractual clauses apply.
4. Data Retention
Data is stored for at least the statutory limitation period of 30 years and is then deleted, unless contractual or legal obligations require further retention.
5. Notification of Data Breaches
The firm endeavours to detect data breaches at an early stage and to report them without delay to the data subject and to the competent authorities.
6. Rights Regarding the Data Used
Clients have the right to information about their stored personal data, its origin and recipients, as well as rights to rectification, erasure, objection, and data portability. No data protection officer has been appointed. In the event of data protection violations, complaints can be filed with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
